    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance

    By accessing or using AgencyAPP Platform you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

    2. Accounts

    You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your sign-in link safe and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

    3. Acceptable use

    • No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk extraction.
    • No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content in listings.
    • Respect other tenants and their data isolation.

    4. Subscriptions & payments

    Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our Billing policy in the dashboard.

    5. Liability

    The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

    6. Termination

    You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
